The birth of Babington Macaulay Junior Seminary, was a response to the decaying and near total collapse of educational standard in Nigerian. Inherent in that deflated standard were the spiritual and moral values which has toll on academic performance.
A visit to most school across the nation revealed deterioration in the infrastructural facilities, quality of teachers and teaching. Consequently, their products were half-baked. These same sets to tertiary institution “Gabage-in Gabage-out”.
If employed, their productivity as well will be below minimum; which has a direct impact on the Nation’s Gross Domestic Product. The nation may perpetualy remain poor if nothing is done.
